Leamington and District Scouts had a grant of £125,000 which they used to replace a dilapidated building with a new functional multi-purpose Norton Lodge building at their camp site near Hatton.

Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid used their £250,000 grant to totally re-furbish and equip a newly purchased house to house eight young residents at a time.

A grant of £100,000 for the provision of a Norton Youth Centre at Sydenham, Royal Leamington Spa was instrumental in attracting additional funding which resulted in a much larger community centre (SYNDI) being built.

Coventry Scouts received a grant of £60,000 towards the building of a substantial residential Norton Cabin at its Rough Close camp site.

A £100,000 grant to free@last enabled that organisation at Nechells, Birmingham to purchase their existing rented property and then attract substantial funds from other sources, including the National Lottery, to develop a state of the art Norton Centre for young people.

A £100,000 grant enabled Alcester Town Council to build and install first class facilities for the young people of the area as part of a community centre.

Stage 2 Youth Theatre Company – financial support for acting opportunities.

Sport 4 Life UK – engaging disadvantaged teenagers to learn new skills.

Volunteer Reading Help – assistance with reading for disadvantaged children.

Tall Ships Youth Trust – sailing for disadvantaged/disabled young persons.

Birmingham Royal Ballet – dance track – ballet workshops in socially diverse areas of Birmingham.

Warwickshire Clubs for Young People – outdoor adventure programme.

Daylight Christian Prison Trust – assisting prisoners on release from prison.

Birmingham Community Venture – Social skills programme- workshops/seminars.

Rotary Club of Coventry – outward bound course for disabled students.
