The Norton Foundation has now resumed it’s activities as normal, after the interregnum due to Covid-10. The £250,000 Capital Grant has been awarded to Hill Street, Youth and Community Centre in Rugby to build a new youth centre. The Trustees were impressed with the efforts made by the 2nd Warwick Sea Scouts to build theory new HQ that an additional grant of £225,000 was made to them to fit out the building, which is to be named ‘TS Norton’.
